Australasian Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Media Manager to own end-to-end paid media campaigns for a growing independent digital marketing agency. This highly autonomous, remote role is UK-based, focusing on strategy, optimisation, reporting and performance analysis while managing client relationships and campaign delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' hands-on PPC and paid media experience.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of paid social and digital advertising platforms.
• Managing campaigns against commercial performance targets.
• Maintaining client relationships.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups).
• Using campaign tracking and analytics tools.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging marketing tech.
• Autonomous and results-driven.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end management of client accounts.
• Build and optimise campaigns across paid media platforms.
• Manage paid search, paid social, display and video campaigns.
• Identify underperforming campaigns or channels and recommend solutions.
• Manage and troubleshooting campaign tracking.
• Work with analytics, tag management and conversion tracking tools.
• Produce client reporting and translating data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Lead client calls and presenting campaign strategy.
• Managing campaign budgets and pacing.
• Collaborating with senior leadership on automation and AI initiatives.
• Attending occasional in-person events and client meetings.
• Taking ownership of account performance and proactively identifying potential issues.
