Job summary

Moderna operates a new GMP manufacturing site in Harwell, UK, where you will maintain critical manufacturing equipment, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensure ongoing reliability of process systems. You will troubleshoot issues, lead CAPAs, and document investigations in line with regulatory requirements.

As an on-site role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, supervise contractors, and support 24/7 operations while exploring digital tools including Generative

Qualifications

• Engineering background with cGMP experience is preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial process equipment.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on GMP and non-GMP equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and coordinate with service vendors.
• Maintain accurate cGMP maintenance records and reports.
• Coordinate contractor activities and ensure safety and compliance.
• Support continuous manufacturing operations with on-call availability.
