Job summary
Moderna is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer at our Harwell GMP Manufacturing facility to own equipment uptime, reliability, and compliance within a cGMP environment. You will lead structured troubleshooting and RCA, plan PM/CM, manage CMMS data, and partner with Engineering and QA on capital projects while supporting 24/7 operations across shifts.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of regulated maintenance experience.
- Experience in a cGMP environment is required.
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Ability to plan and coordinate PM/CM activities.
Responsibilities
- Own equipment uptime and reliability within assigned area.
- Lead RCA and structured troubleshooting for complex issues.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance (PM/CM).
- Develop and improve maintenance procedures and plans.
- Serve as technical escalation point for technicians.
- Lead small capital projects with Engineering and QA.
- Manage CMMS data integrity and spares strategy.
- Support regulatory inspections and internal audits as maintenance SME.
