Zusammenfassung

Moderna seeks a hands-on maintenance specialist at our Harwell site to own equipment uptime and reliability. You will lead troubleshooting, RCA, and preventive maintenance across GMP processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires PLC controls knowledge, CMMS expertise, and strong communication. You will support 24/7 operations and collaborate across QA and Engineering to improve safety, quality, and throughput.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering qualification required (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience in regulated (cGMP preferred) environments is essential.
• Familiarity with automated process equipment and PLC controls.

Aufgaben

• Own equipment uptime and reliability within an assigned area.
• Lead structured troubleshooting and RCA for complex issues.
• Plan and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) and shutdowns.
• Author and improve maintenance procedures and plans for cGMP compliance.
• Act as escalation point for technicians during shifts and coaches colleagues.
• Lead small capital projects with Engineering and QA input.
