Moderna is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to own equipment uptime and reliability within an assigned GMP area at our Harwell facility. You will lead structured troubleshooting, RCA, and coordinate PM/CM activities, while guiding technicians and contractors and ensuring cGMP compliance across maintenance tasks.
You will manage CMMS data integrity, contribute to capital and reliability projects with Engineering and QA, and support 24/7 operations with a proactive,Safety-first mindset.
Qualifikationen
- Level 3 Certificate in an engineering discipline from City and Guilds, NVQ or similar.
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience in a regulated (cGMP preferred) environment.
- Understanding of automated process equipment (PLC controls) for simple troubleshooting is required.
- Experience with pneumatics and vacuum systems; high-speed packaging machines and robotic controls.
Aufgaben
- Own equipment uptime and reliability within an assigned area, tracking performance against KPIs.
- Lead structured troubleshooting and RCA for complex equipment issues; act as Deviation and CAPA owner.
- Plan and coordinate preventative/corrective maintenance (PM/CM) and approve work orders in the CMMS.
- Author and review maintenance procedures and plans; ensure compliance with cGMP.
