Job summary

Moderna at the Harwell site in the UK seeks an experienced facilities and maintenance professional to ensure reliable operation of GMP and non-GMP equipment. You will perform scheduled maintenance, diagnose faults, and coordinate remedies with suppliers while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining GMP and non-GMP process and support equipment.
• Ability to coordinate vendors and service providers for repairs.
• Strong documentation and compliance with site procedures and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain critical manufacturing equipment: Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance on GMP and non-GMP equipment; identify issues and develop remediation plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues; act as first responder and coordinate vendors or service providers as needed.
• Provide technical expertise across manufacturing systems; support autoclaves, washers, filling lines, isolators, TFF systems, and other equipment.
• Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement; identify CAPAs and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver maintenance activities and small engineering projects with minimal supervision.
• Maintain GMP documentation: keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and investigations.
