Moderna seeks a Process Engineer to own GMP manufacturing equipment for its Harwell site and support the Norwood network. You’ll resolve technical issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure robust operating readiness in a fast-paced biotech setting.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in process engineering, GxP exposure, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 4 years of Process Engineer-related experience.
• 2 years of experience in a GxP environment preferred.
• Experience with Bioprocess equipment and process systems.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide SME and engineering support for critical GMP manufacturing equipment.
• Serve as Engineering Owner for process equipment at Moderna's Norwood/Norwood network.
• Deliver day-to-day floor support and maintain uptime in regulated environments.
• Lead small-to-medium technical projects balancing quality, timelines and compliance.
• Author high-quality technical documents in line with global quality systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement CAPAs with robust resolutions.
• Manage change controls, deviations, and quality records.
• Support tech transfer activities and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across projects.
