You will lead scalable coaching programmes, foster effective deal strategies, and support teams across regions with credibility and practical insights. A strong track record in coaching senior sellers is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B technology sales with carried quota.
• Experience selling or coaching complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
• Proven track record of developing sales professionals as a senior seller or team lead.
• Deep fluency in sales methodologies (Outcomes Selling, Challenger, MEDDICC, SPIN).

Responsibilities

• Identify skill gaps, development opportunities, and coaching priorities with sales and leaders.
• Translate business goals into data-driven coaching initiatives.
• Design scalable coaching programmes with Sales Enablement and SMEs.
• Build frameworks for continuous learning: micro-learning, role play, deal simulations, and call coaching.
• Refine strategies using performance data and learner feedback.
• Deliver one-on-one and small-group coaching remotely to sellers at all levels.
• Engage credibly on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Reinforce selling behaviours in calls, deal reviews, and pipeline conversations.
