Ryan is seeking an experienced Facilities and Office Projects Manager to lead global office startup and relocation initiatives. You will oversee design, construction, furniture, equipment, and vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

The role requires strong communication with clients across locations, strategic procurement, and hands-on management of multi-location projects to meet company objectives and standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field required or preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in facilities/real estate operations.
• Strong knowledge of design, construction, space planning, and working with landlords.

Aufgaben

• Manage global office startup, relocation projects and operations.
• Contract for and manage customer designs for global offices; oversee construction and procurement.
• Coordinate multi-vendor activities (vendors, security, HVAC, electricians, etc.).
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and invoices; ensure on-time delivery and cost control.
• Communicate with Ryan clients at affected locations; provide proactive updates.
• Develop plans, source vendors and bids; issue purchase orders and track Deliveries.
