Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in facilities, real estate, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global office startup, relocation projects, and operations.
• Contract and manage customer designs for global offices.
• Oversee furniture, equipment procurement, delivery, and installation.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and field leadership across locations.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and invoice reconciliation.
• Develop detailed project plans and bid/vendor management.
