Ryan is seeking a Manager in its Customs & Foreign Trade practice, to work with clients across industries and help navigate complex international trade challenges. You will deliver high-quality services, manage engagements, and nurture relationships while shaping innovative, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in customs and international trade advisory.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, compliance, and international trade frameworks.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality customs and foreign trade services to clients across multiple industries and sectors.
• Managing client engagements from scoping through to delivery.
• Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and identifying opportunities to expand services.
• Supporting the development of innovative, technology-enabled and scalable client solutions.
• Contributing to thought leadership, market profile, and business development initiatives.
• Coaching and developing junior team members.
• Working collaboratively across service lines and international teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Helping shape the future direction of a rapidly growing Customs and Foreign Trade practice.
