Qualifications

• Experience presenting to executives and boards.
• Financial modeling and due diligence expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead diligence, valuation, and deal documentation with internal and external counsel.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through diligence and integration.
• Prepare diligence reports and presentations for leadership and the Board.
• Support post-merger integration planning and execution.
• Identify targets and evaluate strategic/financial fit.
