Ryan LLC in London seeks an experienced Facilities Program Manager to oversee global office startups, relocations, furniture procurement, and related operations. You will coordinate with IT, Facilities and field teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in facilities, construction, or real estate, with strong vendor management, budgeting, and communications.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 10+ years in facilities/real estate preferred.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Mansioni

• Contract and manage client designs for global offices; oversee furniture, equipment, and procurement.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities and field leadership; ensure professional client communications.
• Develop and execute facility construction projects within budget and schedule.
• Lead multi-vendor management for real estate, relocations and office improvements.
• Monitor project schedules and reconcile invoices with landlords and vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders, bids, and vendor agreements; manage allocations.
