Job summary

AWTG Ltd. is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to lead day-to-day performance analysis for projects and services. You will design frameworks, carry out complex analyses, and translate results into practical recommendations for multidisciplinary teams in the UK.

You will develop dashboards and reports, ensure data quality, and guide others in analytics methods while supporting end-user outcomes and value measurement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in digital or service performance analysis with KPI design and reporting.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of product/service life cycles and how measures change across stages.
• Experience integrating quantitative data with user research or qualitative evidence.
• Good knowledge of data privacy, security and analytical QA.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain performance measurement frameworks with KPIs, goals and benefits.
• Carry out complex analysis using multiple data sources and translate findings into recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visual stories communicating service performance to various audiences.
• Lead quality assurance of performance data, including cleansing and limitations explanation.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, user research, data and client teams across the product life cycle.
• Support and upskill other analysts where appropriate.
