The role requires deep expertise in individual income tax, social security, payroll withholding, tax equalization, and cross-border implications for assignments and remote work. You will establish trusted client relationships, guide service delivery, and translate complex rules into practical recommendations for scalable processes and risk

Qualifications

• Significant global mobility tax experience with leadership of teams.
• Strong client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex tax rules into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Global Mobility team to deliver services.
• Manage client relationships and support the client sales cycle as needed.
• Review tax calculations, assignments, travel, and payroll data.
• Prepare client presentations and provide implementable recommendations.
• Oversee compliance calendars, budgets, risks, and delivery quality.
• Promote leadership and ongoing professional development within the team.
