Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Global Delivery Partnerships to lead a top-tier enterprise relationship. You will own the end-to-end strategy, negotiate complex agreements, and align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable revenue and customer impact.

You’ll build trusted relationships with senior executives, articulate data-driven opportunities, and navigate a dynamic, global delivery landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise account management or partnerships experience.
• Proven track record of managing and influencing C-suite partnerships in large organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or pods to achieve high-impact outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for a top-tier global enterprise account.
• Build and sustain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute multi-channel business plans aligning operational, marketing, and product levers.
• Partner cross-functionally across Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product to drive innovation.
• Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations and define sustainable, long-term success.
• Manage difficult partner conversations and internal roadblocks while ensuring team performance.
