Job summary

Keyfactor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Director of Global Professional Services to lead the worldwide PS organization, shaping strategy, delivery, and client engagement. You will build executive relationships, drive profitability, and ensure standards across regions.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a track record of transforming service delivery in a technical or MSP context. Remote work is supported within the UK with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience leading large professional services teams.
• Experience in technical MSP or software consulting with leadership.
• Ability to lead organizational change and drive growth.
• Advanced reporting with Excel or BI tools to persuade stakeholders.
• Strong strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for Global Professional Services and drive strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute long-term service delivery strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead Directors and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive large-scale transformation to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders internally and externally.
• Oversee financial health and profitability of the Professional Services unit.
• Represent the organization in top-tier customer engagements and industry forums.
• Establish global standards, processes and best practices for project delivery.
• Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies and innovative approaches.
• Ensure global compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
• Foster a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
