Elite Technology NY Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Director, Global Delivery Services to lead customer delivery operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring consistent execution and high customer outcomes in a remote UK-based role.

You will oversee a global delivery organization, drive governance, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to accelerate time-to-value and scalable growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of global delivery, professional services, or SaaS implementations.
• Proven leadership of geographically distributed teams.
• Strong project/program management, governance, and operational performance.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, CS, Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-level influence.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and governance for all delivery operations across UK, EMEA, and APAC.
• Lead and develop a global delivery organization, including Directors, Managers, Project Managers, and Consultants.
• Establish delivery governance frameworks, monitor health, risks, escalations, financials and metrics.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on pre-sales, delivery scoping, implementation planning, and renewals.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex, high-risk customer engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Customer Support, and Customer Success to improve delivery and go-live.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve satisfaction, efficiency, and adoption of new tools and processes.
