Keyfactor is looking for a Senior Director of Global Professional Services to provide strategic leadership across the organization. You will shape service delivery, oversee large-scale transformations, and maintain strong executive relationships to drive growth and profitability.

You will lead Directors, align with strategic objectives, and champion global standards while driving innovation and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity with leadership experience.
• Ability to lead organizational change and drive growth.
• Strong Excel/BI reporting capabilities for data-driven decisions.
• Visionary leadership with strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving with autonomy and minimal escalation.
• Able to communicate with technical and executive audiences.
