Job summary

Snowflake in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Solution Engineering Manager to lead a high-caliber team of Global Account SEs across Financial Services, Telecoms, and Healthcare. You will drive strategic alignment between Snowflake’s platform vision and customer transformations, while shaping the SE organization for scalable growth.

You will partner with senior sales, product, and engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps, patterns, and partnerships, ensuring a rigorous go-to-market

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience across distributed organizations.
• Proven capability establishing strategic influence at the Board, CIO, CDO, and CTO levels within major enterprise environments.
• Practical mastery of MEDDPICC principles as a core operating discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach the team on operating rhythm, account strategy, performance management, and career development.
• Orchestrate technical talent (domain experts, solution architects, post-sales teams) to align capabilities at key lifecycle moments.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with C-level executives across major accounts to align Snowflake’s platform with customer transformations.
• Partner with Sales and HR to define the SE team structure, coverage model, and capacity for expanding global accounts.
• Instill a culture of technical rigor, customer obsession, and collaboration across UK and EMEA.
• Define technical vision and roadmap with Industry Sales Leaders, Product, Engineering, and Marketing for accounts under remit.
