AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior/Principal Geotechnical Engineer based in Manchester, Leeds or Belfast to lead prestigious geotechnical projects across the UK and internationally. The role focuses on technical leadership, project management, and mentoring junior engineers within a growing, flexible team.

Your experience in Design and Build environments, Chartered status, and MSc in geotechnical subjects will support expanding our infrastructure and energy portfolios worldwide.

Qualifications

• Qualified geotechnical engineer with chartered status and MSc or equivalent.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers in a fast-moving consultancy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships for work winning.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical design and project delivery across UK and international projects.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within a Design and Build environment.
• Apply CDM regs and use numerical tools for design of foundations, slopes and anchors.
