AtkinsRéalis in the UK is expanding its Geotechnical practice, inviting Geotechnical Engineers and Engineering Geologists to work on major infrastructure and energy projects across Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh or Belfast. You will join a collaborative team delivering ground engineering solutions for rail, highways, defence, water and energy sectors.

You should hold a civil engineering or geology degree with a geotechnical postgraduate qualification, aiming for chartered status, and be

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or geology/geoscience with a geotechnical post-graduate qualification.
• Understanding of ground investigation techniques and geotechnical design for foundations and earthworks.
• Chartered status or nearing chartered status; willing to travel within the UK and overseas; holds a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams on a range of strategic projects across infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Contribute to geotechnical design, analysis and reporting for ground conditions.
• Liaise with clients and engineers, maintaining high-quality, accurate deliverables.
