Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Chartered/Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Scotland team from either Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will lead technical delivery, mentor junior engineers, and drive geotechnical design for UK and international projects, including infrastructure and energy sectors.

A degree in civil engineering or geology with a geotechnical postgraduate qualification is required, along with chartered status and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or geology with postgraduate geotechnical qualification.
• Chartered status as civil engineer or geologist.
• Proven project management experience in engineering consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior geotechnical engineers and lead design teams.
• Experience in design-and-build environments is highly desirable.
• Travel to UK and overseas for project delivery and client liaison.
