AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior/Principal Geotechnical Engineer - Offshore to lead complex geotechnical projects across the UK and globally. The role focuses on offshore geotechnics and advanced analysis, delivering high-impact design and modelling solutions.

The successful candidate will drive digital innovation, collaborate with clients and engineers, and contribute to AtkinsRéalis' growth in the infrastructure and energy sectors. Hybrid working from offices including Epsom is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven geotechnical analysis and design experience, with offshore focus.
• Experience in leading offshore design including foundation types (monopile, jacket, suction caissons).
• Strong numerical modelling and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex geotechnical projects with minimal supervision.
• Serve in a technical review function and mentor colleagues.
• Advance offshore geotechnics and numerical modelling capability at AtkinsRéalis.
