Job summary

CMS is seeking a Senior Gas Maintenance Administrator to join their team in Salisbury. The role focuses on planning and coordinating engineers for domestic boiler repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance under housing and MOD contracts across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Hampshire.

You will work with a contracts manager and field engineers in a central office, handling scheduling, communications, record updates and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration and scheduling.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads in a busy office environment.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft packages (Excel, MS Teams).

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineers for domestic boiler repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Arrange service and repair appointments with customers and client representatives.
• Review completed job reports and update electronic records.
• Report on contract performance KPIs to the contracts manager.
• Raise and process purchase orders using SAGE accounting software.
