Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and field engineers.
• Arrange service and repair appointments.
• Review completed job reports and update records.
• Report on contract performance KPI’s.
• Raise and process purchase orders using SAGE.
• Support the sales process to ensure a positive customer journey.

Good understanding of basic Microsoft packages including Excel and Teams
