LionHires Recruitment is recruiting for a Casino Compliance Manager to lead and develop a team of six, ensuring all games meet regulatory standards across multiple markets. You will bridge Casino Operations, QA and Commercial to drive certification and governance, while guarding against GSP risks and incidents.

You will scope new markets, improve QA workflows, and own the Compliance Portal, reporting to senior leadership on compliance health and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance or QA.
• Proven ability to lead and structure teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of one Team Lead and five compliance/QA specialists.
• Oversee multi-market governance and game certification processes.
• Own the internal Compliance Portal and ensure accurate reporting.
