Job summary

The role scopes new markets, mitigates GSP risks, leads investigations, and owns the internal Compliance Portal, delivering regular risk and compliance updates to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance, technical compliance, or QA.
• Proven ability to manage and structure teams.
• Deep understanding of global iGaming standards and multi-market licensing.

Responsibilities

• Direct team leadership and development of six staff (one Team Lead and five specialists).
• Lead cross-functional governance across multiple markets and games.
• Oversee end-to-end game certification and deployment processes.
• Safeguard against GSP failures and manage incident investigations.
• Own the internal Compliance Portal and report risks to senior leadership.
• Drive QA improvements and data-driven compliance oversight.
