Job summary

LionHires Recruitment is seeking a Casino Compliance Manager to lead a six-person team and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple markets. The role bridges Casino Operations, QA, and Commercial teams to drive governance, certification, and deployment of games.

You will scope new markets, implement safeguards against GSP failures, lead investigations, and own the internal Compliance Portal while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance and QA.
• Proven experience leading and structuring teams.
• Knowledge of GLI standards and multi-market licensing.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team consisting of one Team Lead and five compliance/QA specialists.
• Lead the compliance scoping for new market entries and support Commercial for alignment with regulatory constraints.
• Serve as primary liaison between Casino Operations and QA to guarantee seamless communication.
• Oversee end-to-end go-live for casino games, ensuring certifications and license compliance across markets.
• Develop safeguards to protect the business against GSP failures and manage incidents and mitigations.
• Lead deep-dive investigations into compliance breaches and document regulatory reports.
