Job summary

LionHires Recruitment is seeking a Casino Compliance Manager to lead a six-person team and coordinate across Casino Operations, QA and Commercial. You will scope new markets, implement safeguards against GSP failures, and own the internal Compliance Portal to ensure all live games meet regulatory standards.

You will oversee end-to-end game certification, conduct investigations into incidents, and report to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance, technical compliance, or QA.
Deep understanding of global iGaming technical standards and multi-market licensing requirements.
Ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives during new market scoping and launches.
Strong analytical skills with experience investigating breaches and managing outages.
Experience mapping, analysing, and improving QA workflows.
Experience overseeing internal tools, databases, or portals.

Responsibilities

Directly manage and mentor a team of six (one Team Lead and five specialists).
Lead compliance scoping for new markets and support commercial expansion.
Act as liaison between Casino Operations and QA for workflow alignment.
Oversee end-to-end go-live process for games, ensuring certification and license compliance.
Develop safeguards against GSP failures and manage incidents and mitigation reports.
Lead investigations into compliance breaches and manage player compensation processes.
Improve QA workflows and governance across markets.
Own and develop the internal Compliance Portal as a central source of truth.
ProvideRegular risk assessments and compliance health checks to leadership.
Evaluate and automate repetitive compliance tasks to improve accuracy and productivity.
