Aztec Financial Services (Luxembourg) S.A. is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator on a temporary basis to perform day-to-day fund administration under the guidance of a Client Relationship Manager.

You will administer a diverse range of funds, coordinate secretarial matters, process fund operations, and maintain investor records while supporting regulatory filings and banking arrangements. This role emphasizes client liaison and strong financial services knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a fund administration or financial services environment.
• Ideally studying towards CGI Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong financial services knowledge and computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with colleagues and clients.

Aufgaben

• Administer a complex range of funds and related structures and liaise with clients and intermediaries as necessary
• Coordinate all company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board and shareholder meetings
• Process and coordinate routine and complex fund operations
• Maintain accurate investor records and process changes/transfers
• Prepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses and maintain the payments library
• Ensure staff are trained on electronic banking systems and coordinate opening of new bank accounts
• Ensure regulatory and statutory filings are made in a timely manner
• Manage the accounts distribution and filing process

About the role:

Reports to Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fund Administrator on a temporary basis, to carry out routine day-to-day administration of fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• - Administer a complex range of funds, management companies and associated fund structures and liaise with clients and intermediaries as necessary
• - Co-ordinate all company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board and shareholder meetings
• - Process and co-ordinate routine and complex fund operations
• - Ensure accurate investor records are maintained and process all investor changes / transfers thereon
• - Prepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses and to ensure the maintenance of the electronic payments' library
• - Ensure staff are trained on electronic banking systems and co-ordinate the opening of new bank accounts
• - Ensure regulatory and statutory filings are made in a timely manner
• - Manage the accounts distribution and filing process

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

• - A minimum of 3 years' experience in a fund administration or financial services environment
• - Ideally studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably CGI Diploma level or equivalent)
• - Sound technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy)
• - Computer literacy skills are essential
• - Very good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
