Aztec Group in Jersey is seeking a Junior Associate / Associate (Band 1) to deliver high quality outputs, develop foundational skills, and support team objectives while embracing change and valuing diverse perspectives. You will administer funds and structures, assist with secretarial matters, maintain investor records, process fund operations, and help train Trainee staff.

Responsabilidades

• Administer funds, management companies and associated fund structures within the team and liaise with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis
• Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters, including agendas, board packs, shareholder meetings and drafting minutes for routine meetings
• Maintain accurate investor records on company systems and process investor changes
• Prepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses and assist with the maintenance of the electronic payments library
• Process and co-ordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions
• Ensure regulatory and statutory fillings are made in timely manner
• Ensure Aztec internal control frameworks are followed in full
• Assist with the accounts distribution and filing process
• Assist in the processing of routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions
• Assist and support the induction, integration and training of Trainee staff

About the role

As a Junior Associate / Associate (Band 1), you will be responsible for delivering high quality outputs and building professional expertise. This will be achieved through developing foundational skills and knowledge, contributing towards overall team objectives, timely execution of tasks and collaboration. You will be open-minded and embrace change whilst valuing diverse perspectives and channelling a 'can-do' attitude. You will support business and people growth to enable Aztec's future ambitions.
