Qualifications

12+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong Java and Spring expertise for large-scale back-end systems.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerised apps.
Proven leadership as Principal/Lead Architect or equivalent.
Extensive experience designing RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
Strong SQL skills with large relational databases (MS SQL Server).
Experience in SAFe Agile environments and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

Define and drive technical vision and architecture for key applications.
Lead design and evolution of back-end services, front-end components, and APIs.
Provide senior technical leadership across multiple workstreams.
Govern complex technical decisions, architecture, and data design.
Mentor Technical Leads and engineering teams; shape roadmaps and risk management.
