Broadridge is seeking an exceptional Principal Engineer – Full Stack Java to provide technical leadership and architectural direction for client-facing solutions supporting the Gloss product.

In this role, you will set the technical vision for complex capabilities, lead the design and evolution of scalable services, and influence engineering standards across platforms. This hybrid role includes collaboration with product, delivery, QA, and operations teams.

Formación

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Java and Spring expertise for large-scale back-end systems.
• Strong SQL skills with MS SQL Server and Sybase.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Full-stack engineering capability across front-end, back-end, API, data and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and engineering strategy for the IPE application and integrations.
• Lead design, development and evolution of scalable back-end services and front-end components.
• Provide principal-level technical leadership across multiple workstreams and ensure secure, maintainable solutions.
