Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the AI Enablement Team. You will design, develop, and enhance AI-enabled platforms with a focus on GenAI, vector stores, RAG, and context engineering.

The role requires leadership, collaboration with architects, and delivering scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT solutions, strong Python and ReactJS skills, and deep knowledge of cloud and containerization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in developing IT solutions.
• Proficient in Python & ReactJS with related technologies.
• GenAI application development experience including vector stores, RAG, and context engineering.
• Experience with Agentic AI development.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Cloud platforms AWS and containerization.
• Strong knowledge of OO programming and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
• Front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications with well-structured code.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Review code to ensure standards and quality; provide constructive feedback.
• Write unit tests and participate in QA processes to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including QA, PMs, and designers.
