Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer - Full Stack Java to provide technical leadership and architectural direction for client-facing solutions within the Gloss product.

You will set the technical vision and lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms across backend, frontend, and integrations. You will collaborate with architecture, product, delivery, QA, and operations to shape roadmaps, manage risks, and deliver complex features on time.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on Java/Spring
• Strong Java and Spring expertise for large-scale back-end systems
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerised deployments
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations
• Proven ability to lead technical direction and governance across programs

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and engineering strategy for the IPE application and integrations
• Lead design and evolution of back-end services, front-end components, APIs, and enterprise integrations
• Provide principal-level technical leadership across multiple workstreams and coordinate with architecture, product, QA, and operations
• Govern architectural decisions, data design, security, scalability, and operational resilience
• Mentor Technical Leads and engineers, and promote engineering standards and quality practices
• Drive adoption of containerisation, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices across lifecycle
