Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a Principal Engineer – Full Stack Java in London. You will set the technical direction for the International Processing Engine, lead the design of back-end services, REST APIs, and integrations, and partner with architecture, product, and client stakeholders to shape roadmaps.

Qualifications

12+ years of professional software development experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Experience leading architecture and complex program delivery.
Proven expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

Define and drive technical vision and architecture for the IPE application and integrations.
Lead design and evolution of scalable back-end services, front-end components, RESTful APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Provide senior technical leadership across multiple workstreams and mentor engineers.
Drive platform reliability, security, observability, and operational excellence.
