• Strong experience in modern web development, with PHP (Symfony/Laravel) or Node.js/Golang for backend services.
• Significant experience consuming and building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, capable of writing efficient queries.
• Understanding of event-driven patterns to handle real-time user actions.
• Familiarity with marketing automation concepts or working with ESPs/CDPs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Ability to debug complex data flow issues across multiple distributed systems.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to automate personal workflows using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain secure, high-performance APIs and connectors.
• Develop real-time and batch processing pipelines.
• Build user interfaces and 'Control Tower' features for marketing teams.
• Ensure dynamic rendering of personalized content blocks.
• Write clean, maintainable code across the stack.
• Partner with the AI Engineer for personalization logic.
• Assist in the migration of legacy campaigns to the new platform.
