Job summary

Hyatt Regency London Olympia seeks a Front Office Senior Host/ess to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure the highest standards of service. You will work closely with multiple departments to address guest needs and contribute to a seamless guest experience.

Previous front office experience in a premium hotel is preferred; strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front office role within a premium hotel
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a guest-focused approach
• Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage
• Confidence using standard computer applications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival, confirm bookings with accuracy
• Manage check-in process and issue room keys
• Oversee check-out, prepare bills and process payments
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare and maintain rooms
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and inquiries
• Act as Departmental Trainer for Front Office to onboard new starters
