Job summary

Oudh 1722 in London is seeking a personable receptionist to welcome guests and manage reservations, ensuring a calm, friendly atmosphere and smooth service throughout peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist/host experience preferred.
• Experience with reservation systems like SevenRooms or OpenTable is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally on arrival.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins in line with floor plans and service flow.
• Communicate clearly with the floor team regarding table status and guest needs.
• Handle guest enquiries, phone calls and messages politely and efficiently.
• Update reservation notes and guest preferences.
• Support the Reception Manager and FOH team during peak service.
