Hyatt Regency London Olympia seeks a Front Office Senior Host/ess to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure the highest standards of service. You will work closely with multiple departments to address guest needs and contribute to a seamless guest experience.

Previous front office experience in a premium hotel is preferred; strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Front Office Senior Host/ess role

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, confirming booking details with accuracy and professionalism.


• Manage the check-in process efficiently, issuing room keys and providing clear information on hotel facilities and services.


• Oversee the check-out process, including preparing bills, processing payments, and gathering guest feedback.


• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards for incoming arrivals.


• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as housekeeping, engineering, and food & beverage, to address and fulfil guest needs, requests, and inquiries.


• To be certified Departmental Trainer for the Front Office, supporting the onboarding of new starters as their designated buddy to ensure confidence in their role, systems, and service standards.

About you

Previous experience in a front office role within the premium hotel segment is preferred. You bring strong communication and organisational skills with a guest-focused approach. Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not essential, and you are confident using standard computer applications.
