Accenture Song in Manchester is seeking a senior frontend engineering manager to lead front-end teams, work with web and mobile tech, and drive product experiences with AI.

You will collaborate with product, design, data and engineers, shaping solutions in a client-focused, hybrid environment. The role requires prior leadership of frontend squads and strong React/React Native experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA/Masters preferred.
• Experience leading frontend engineering teams/squads in a digital/consulting setting.
• Proven ability to architect and deliver web/mobile products with modern frontend tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend engineering across large digital & agile transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver user-facing products.
• Mentor and grow teams, drive Generative AI adoption in products and processes.
• Engage with clients to shape solutions and drive strategic outcomes.
