Job summary

Accenture Song in Manchester and London seeks an experienced frontend engineering manager to lead front-end teams delivering world-class digital experiences. You will work with cutting-edge design systems, generative AI, and collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists and engineers to drive transformation for our clients.

You’ll mentor teams, shape offerings, and engage with senior stakeholders while spending time on-site a few days per week as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-end engineering teams
• Proficiency with web/mobile frontend tech (React/React Native, iOS/Android)
• Experience using Generative AI in workflows
• Experience integrating GraphQL/REST APIs into complex solutions
• Senior engineering leadership roles (Engineering Lead, Team Lead)

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend engineering teams across large digital projects
• Advise clients on building product and platform capabilities and teams
• Build strong client relationships focusing on customer, digital and platforms
• Lead engineering across large digital and agile transformation programmes
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver user-facing products
