Job summary

Accenture Song in London is seeking a Front End Engineering Team Lead to drive modern front-end engineering across web and mobile platforms. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and partner with designers, data scientists and product managers to deliver high-quality, AI-enhanced user experiences.

You will shape technical direction, contribute to offerings, and work onsite with clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years front-end web development with TS/JS and Node.js tooling
• 2+ years leading engineering teams or squads
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js) and state management
• Hands-on use of Generative AI in engineering workflows
• Experience building/designing design systems and component libraries
• Experience integrating front-end with backend/cloud via GraphQL/REST
• Agile environment experience for digital product creation
• Broad front-end capabilities across web/mobile, including performance, security, testing, and CI/CD
• Strong client-facing or leadership consulting experience

Responsibilities

• Lead teams across large digital and agile transformation programmes
• Advise clients on building product and platform engineering capabilities
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers
• Drive generative AI adoption in products and workflows
• Develop offerings, assets and capabilities; engage in client-facing work
• Mentor team members and drive career development
• Improve delivery speed and quality using modern engineering practices
