Accenture is seeking a frontend engineering manager to lead client-facing product engineering and drive growth in the UK. You will mentor teams, shape solutions, and propel Generative AI-enabled experiences across web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science and Engineers to deliver high-impact, scalable systems during agile transformations, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontend teams/squads in digital product delivery.
• Strong track record building web/mobile apps with React/React Native.
• Experience applying Generative AI in workflows or products.
• Proven ability to integrate cloud services (GraphQL/REST APIs) into complex solutions.
• Senior software engineering background in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend engineering across large digital and agile transformation programmes.
• Advise clients on building product and platform engineering capabilities and teams.
