Job summary

Accenture Song in the United Kingdom seeks a frontend engineering manager to lead high‑performing front‑end teams, delivering world‑class experiences for clients as part of our hybrid office culture.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists and engineers, applying Generative AI to enhance product experiences and drive large digital transformations. Three days per week in the office is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-end engineering teams in digital product work.
• Strong hands-on with modern frontend tech and performance optimization.
• Consulting background and ability to engage with senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Support growth within the product engineering practice.
• Advise clients on building product & platform engineering capabilities and teams.
• Build strong client relationships focused on customer, digital and platforms.
• Lead engineering across large digital & agile transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver user-facing products and solutions.
• Propel the use of Generative AI within our work and products.
• Provide input to technology & engineering thought leadership to clients and teams.
• Maximise team performance through mentorship, skills learning and career development.
• Contribute to developing offerings, assets, capabilities, and attend events.
