Job summary

Accenture Song in London is seeking a Front End Engineering Team Lead to drive modern frontend engineering across mobile and web platforms. Qualifications

• 4+ years' front-end web development experience using TypeScript/JavaScript (with Node.js-based tooling or similar).
• 2+ years' experience leading engineering teams or squads, including setting technical direction, guiding code quality and owning delivery outcomes.
• Experience working closely with other disciplines (Design, QA, Cloud, PM/PO/Delivery).
• Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries (React or similar, ideally including meta-frameworks such as Next.js), including state management and component-driven development.
• Hands-on use of Generative AI in your engineering workflows and in products you build (LLM-powered features).
• Experience building, maintaining and scaling design systems and component libraries; integrating front-end with backend and cloud services via GraphQL/REST.
• Extensive experience in agile environments for digital product creation; frontend architecture patterns; performance, security, testing, CI/CD, debugging, accessibility.
• Client-facing or leadership consulting experience; ability to engage with senior leadership as trusted advisor.
