Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an experienced frontend engineering manager to lead and grow frontend capabilities across large digital and agile transformation programs. You will advise clients on building product and platform engineering capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling user-facing solutions.

You will champion Generative AI usage, mentor engineers, and contribute to thought leadership while working in a hybrid model with client onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading frontend engineering teams in consulting or product environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies and cloud service integration.
• Experience using Generative AI in workflows and products.
• Extensive experience in agile digital product creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend engineering across large digital and agile transformation programmes.
• Advise clients on building product and platform engineering capabilities and teams.
• Build strong client relationships focused on customer, digital and platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver user-facing products.
• Propel the use of Generative AI within projects and solutions.
• Provide input to technology and engineering thought leadership for clients and teams.
• Mentor teams and drive career development and growth.
