Job summary

WEP Clinical seeks a strategic Head of FP&A and Transformation to drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across the business. You will lead finance data initiatives and transformation programs to improve profitability, cash flow, and resource utilisation, reporting to the VP of Finance.

This hands-on role will deliver financial modelling and analytics, champion data accuracy and robust controls, and collaborate with operations, projects, and business development to support growth

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting for the group.
• Oversee management reporting and financial data initiatives.
• Drive finance transformation and process improvements, including AI/automation integration.
• Ensure robust controls, data accuracy, and timely escalation of material concerns.
