Job summary

CFC Underwriting in London is seeking an energetic Senior FP&A Manager to build a best-in-class budgeting, rolling outlook and long-term planning function. You will own and continuously improve processes, delivering high-quality reporting for ExCo, the Board and investors.

• Proven FP&A experience in fast-growing international org.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience moving FP&A to strategic partnering and decision support.
• Experience using AI, automation or data/workflow redesign for efficiency.
• Excellent communication to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading a high-performing team.
